 Ian Richardson Manufacturing Manager My commitment “Making sure the drives we build are manufactured to a very high-quality standard so that they’ll provide customers with years of reliable service.” | Ian has worked in the electronics industry since leaving school and completing a two-year City and Guilds Electronics Servicing course. His practical experiences include the component-level repair of monitors, terminals, hard disk drives and tape drives and switch mode power supplies. Career highlights include single handily terminating all data cables on the Met Office’s Cray supercomputer, building a black box for a Harrier jump jet and managing contracts abroad for Compaq. Ian’s hobbies include freshwater fishing, and he owns and maintains a number of classic cars from the 1980s. |
