Products in the DDR5 error code correction (ECC) unbuffered dual in-line memory module (UDIMM), very low profile (VLP) range offer speeds of 4800MT/s and 5600MT/s and are fully compatible with the Intel Purely platform and 1U devices.
The modules comply with all relevant JEDEC standards, have operating temperatures of 0 to 95˚C, are RoHS compliant and are available in 16GB and 32GB capacities.
