Our most popular product being used in cloud computing applications is Transcend’s DDR5-ECC DIMMs (Standard Temperature)

Compliant with JEDEC standard, these unbuffered long DIMMs and small outline (SO) DIMMs have error correction capability and are suitable for servers (as well as high-end embedded desktops, laptops and workstations).

All the following have data transfer rates of 4800MT/s, require a 1.1V supply and have a CAS Latency of CL40). Please refer to the datasheets below for details of component composition and pin-counts.

Note: though these standard temperature range DDR5-ECC DIMMs are currently most popular, extended and wide temperature versions are also available.
