In Chapter 4 we explore the Dual Compact Flash Hot Backup Drive. In this video, part 2 we explore Recovery Manager Software specific to Hot Back up drive – the differences from Flash2GUI.
Recovery Manager performs the same functions as Flash2GUI but is specific for use with the dual flashcard drive. Recovery Manager only takes the back up flash card offline leaving the main card online to the host. This allows back ups to be performed at anytime without risk, once back online the drives will automatically re-synchronize.
