In Chapter 6 we will show you how to use the on board SCSI trace file system. Part 1 details how to capture trace data using Tera Term and how to save that trace file for emailing to Solid State Disks Technical Support.
Note: This option is for capturing trace data with non ethernet or non-trace file system firmware.
You must first connect to the serial port of the drive and start Tera Term as shown in Chapter 5 Part 3 of the How To videos.
