In Chapter 7 SCSI Flash firmware upgrade. In part 2 we show you how to prepare the drive for a firmware update. This video covers the preparation of SF2, SF250 and FF1 drives for firmware update. You will have to remove the 4 screws and the cover to reveal the PCB. You we now be able to connect the appropriate USB cables to the drive as shown in the video.
